Acting as both designer and project manager, Anson guides projects from preliminary contract signing through to construction completion. His hands-on involvement ensures the design brief is fully realised, delivered within budget, and built to the highest standard of quality. Operations Manager
Tim brings over 22 years of experience in design, drafting, and administration within the building industry. He closely monitors market trends to ensure every project benefits from strong strategic insight and contemporary design thinking.
His passion for creative problem-solving allows him to maximise the potential of any land, providing innovative solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget. He takes pride in creating beautifully designed homes that are not only visually appealing but also practical, durable, and cost-effective.
As a Certified Passive House Designer, Tim is deeply committed to sustainable living. He actively incorporates energy efficient and environmentally responsible design elements, ensuring each project supports long-term comfort and reduced environmental impact.

Chris has dedicated 55 years to the construction industry, working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His career includes extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor and leadership roles at senior and state levels. Drafting and Design Manager
Neil brings 36 years of drafting and design experience across residential unit developments, land subdivisions, single residential projects, and sustainable building design. His deep knowledge of the WA Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) and local planning frameworks enables him to deliver compliant, efficient, and buildable solutions from concept through to documentation.
Neil leads the drafting team to oversees design coordination, drawing standards, and technical quality across all projects, ensuring seamless integration between architectural intent, engineering requirements, and construction delivery.
General Manager
Peter has been with the company for 25 years, overseeing every project with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. As General Manager, he provides steady leadership across all operational areas, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial planning through to handover.
Peter works closely with clients, the construction team, and the administration department, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. With 32 years as a Registered Builder and more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Jim has worked across an impressive range of project types — from residential homes and multi-unit developments to diverse construction methods and building systems.
